Ordered from here last night. Bought chivken samosa poppadoms chutney and korma rice for me and the niece to share. It came to nearly £16 and was very disappointed. The first time ever I will admit as I always order from here but last night's order was awful didn't enjoy it at all. In fact I think I feel quite ill today have a but of a dodgy stomach. Might use bombay dynasty nxt time. Sad because they used to be top notch

I have always odered from this indian. Yet tonight i ordered online at 6:30pm with a delivery time of 19:40pm. One hour later my food still has not arrived. I phone up to enqure to be told 'it is on its way' half hour later it is still not here. I phone back to again to be told 'its not its way' two hours later my food still is not here. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

It didn't matter that the food took a little longer than normal as it's nice to have a break between courses, but drinks took a little while. My wife loves them too, though we both choose totally different dishes. The service is always good and the staff are very pleasant. The restaurant is quite small and my only down point is if it's full you can get stuck by the door. Pricing is very competitive too.

As it was the first time I had used this restaurant, having heard lot of positive things, I was told it was up to me but that I was calling on their fax number instead of the alternative number and quickly ended the call. We then placed the order online as I couldn't get through on the other number, only to be called 20 minutes later to say they had just received the order 'now' and then 'ten minutes ago' and it would still take another hour to be collected. This had gone up from the 50 minutes I was advised in the first place. The girl answering the phone is quite abrupt, and apathetic. It feels like you are disrupting her evening by calling to place an order or to enquire. This has definitely put me off ordering or trying the restaurant again, which is incredibly disappointing considering we had been recommended to you so many times. I would maybe reconsider who is representing your business on the phone.

We were told from the moment we ordered there would be a delay, which i thought was great to be told, and it was worth the wait!
Absolutely Terrible Placed order at 5pm for a birthday meal to be delivered between 6,30 & 7pm., did not arrive until 7..30pm. The Lamb Byriani was largely inedible and seemed to be reheated. The roti's were also inedible. Tamarind dip was watered down.. The other 2 mains were also poor.. I would actually say this is the worst Indian meal we have had. Phoned up to complain but no one has bothered to get back to us.

Ordered and paid via the website at 6pm and informed of a 75 minute wait. Took advantage of some free items, due to the amount we spent. After 90 mins, I called the restaurant to enquire where our order was, to be told that the website company had failed to inform the restaurant! We were told it would be with is within 30 mins and as an apology they would include some free starters. The meal arrived 45 minutes later, with nothing that was promised and only what we had paid for. Tried calling the restaurant twice but on both occasions it diverted to the answer phone. On the flip side, the food was very nice, however the service let your restaurant down this evening.
