Would never recommend this place. Ordered from here to be delivered. The guy said it would be 1 hour. We called back after this time for the guy to say it has only just left. Seen as we are only a 15 minute drive away we waiting longer. We called back 20 minutes later for they guy to say he is stuck and can’t deliver due to him being lost. He gave us a road name that was way passed our road and get giving attitude about where we live. We tried to give him clear instructions which he kept reply “my Satan’s is taking me this route”. We tried to help and just got rude customer service back. We are one straight road out of Brentwood. We cancelled our order after waiting for a food for almost 2 hours. Really shouldn’t have a business if they can not drive 10 minutes away!!

Until today when it seems that although I ordered and paid online at 16:30 and received confirmation of delivery between 17:30 and 18:00. At 18:30 the food had still not been delivered. I called Masala and they seemed very confused and said that they would deliver in 20 mins. It is now 19:23 and I still have not received the order. 16/04/21 I have just called again and been told that they thought I did not need the order in a hurry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had quite a few deliveries over the past 18 months and had not been disappointed until tonight. The chicken shashlik ordered tonight was barely edible with everything from the chicken to the onions and green peppers being burnt black! Not good ☹
