Service was pretty slow but most importantly the interpersonal skills of the two people running the show left a lot to be desired. No attempt of a smile and no thank you at the door , not even a response to the thank you from customers. Disappointed as that is not the experience I had few years back. I eat out at a lot of asian restaurants and sadly RKB is worst for service and hospitality. I will rate it a generous 2 stars. Need to brush up on your PR skills guys

We have been to India and stayed in Kerala(Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut) for 2 weeks, and have had a good taste of Kerala food. he food at Radhakrishna is nothing like Kerala food. The food here is more like British Indian food. Why would they advertise as South Indian or Kerala food when in fact it is not?. It assumes that the customers know nothing about real Indian food and takes advantage of their ignorance.
