the lamb dish we ordered last time was not very good it was too tough and we was dissapointed. and we had a big order and we was hoping for at least a bottle of coke for free but that did not happen as well. i hope this order is much better.

I can especially recommend my particular favourite, the Chicken Tikka Naga which was recommended to me when I asked for something different. Hi I have used your takeaway since you first opened either delivery or a member of my family collecting which we have been happy with. A few weeks ago i ordered online and gave plenty of time for to prepare. I went to your takeaway in grove park with my 11 year old daughter and after waiting about 10 minutes a customer came in and ordered a meal and his meal was ready and we were still waiting! He didn't make a phone order just came off the street. I pointed out to one of the staff that it was pointless placing an order online when someone can walk in off the streets and get served first! Your member of staff said it is all the same and asked me which address did I use was it.co.uk Or.com as.com is quicker! I was confused by his reply as he had the order because I paid for it as soon as I entered the shop so the meal only had to be prepared regardless of what way you received the order. When we received the order it was wrong a member of your staff phoned to say he had given the wrong order to us and came to our house with the right one. The quality of the food was not great therefore after 16 years my family using your services we will no longer ordering any takeaway from you so can you remove me off your email addresses. It is a pity after so many years as a customer but the service I received that day with my daughter was terrible and the explanation about ordering online was a joke, there are many takeaways that do online orders which benefits the customer and I will be using them in future Martin Sent from my iPhone Martin
