There was no Bombay potatoes AGAIN!! The food is great but why can you not full fill a simple order especially when I have put it in the extra notes that you missed the "free" aloo shat last time! It honestly ruins what could be a really good experience

We were disappointed that 4 curries were ordered and arrived with no markings on the boxes especially as we paid extra for a medium curry which we had no way of knowing which it was. Also it was ordered to be delivered between 1900 & 1915 but it arrived at 1630 way before our guests!! The curry itself was delicious but service could be improved.

I appreciate it must have been busy but was overall disappointed as the food was cold on delivery, in addition to being an hour late and missing part of the order.

I have been using you for nearly 20 years and tonight I was really disappointed ? my onion bhajis and Nan bread were cold, my rice was stodgy and not very nice. The only thing I really found tasty was my chicken tikka masala. Such a shame because I always highly recommend you to all my friends and family.. I live in Stubbington and could quite easily purchase from a more local takeaway, if I continue to use you again my fingers will be crossed that I don't experience tonight's takeaway again! ?

Monday night online order and the delivery still took an hour and ten mins. When it eventually arrived it was missing 2 items and the rice was cold, which isn't safe. We phoned for the other items and fresh rice to be delivered and was told it would be 10 mins, no apology on the phone but luckily the delivery driver was apologetic. Finally an hour and a half after we ordered, we had our hot meal.

Hi, good bits, arrived on time, it was all very hot and delivery girl was pleasant, dips, poppadums salad were all ok and chip quality was excellent (our son enjoyed, veg curry was ok). Naan breads were too well done and bitter and dried up. Bombay potatoes were dry, the tikka was too sweet and just tasted of coconut lacked any flavour, biryani rice was light on meat quantity and the curry I had was ok but really greasy. Overall it lacked any real flavour and was disappointing g, this was our first order from here and was not as good as our usual. Did not feel like value for money for £32
