Really good food and have been enjoying regular takeaways from here for the past 3 years. Usually order over the phone and food ready for collection within 20 mins. However, on a number of occasions I have got home to find items missing from the order - usually a naan bread. These things can happen of course. Tonight I used the online ordering system which seems pretty efficient and highlights everything ordered so less chance of missing something from the order; or so you'd think. Delivery not quick and lo and behold, one naan missing. Very annoying as the delivery man already gone when this was uncovered. Still managed to charge me for the full order of course. More care and attention required please Cinnamon. Lovely food all the same.

Ordered food, took the money, one hour later, still not received the food and when I rang got a ‘sorry we missed your order’ - no offer to discount just we can do it and bring it in 15 minutes. Not the first time ordering a delivery something like this happened.

Had to wait over three hours for food to be delivered and then part of my online order was missing. Called the restaurant after an hour and a half and was told that the food was on the way but an hour later I called again to be told that it would be quicker if I came to collect it. I don't have a car so they said they'd deliver. Finally, over three hours after ordering, the food arrived. Unfortunately, part of my order was missing and that didn't arrive until after ten o'clock, over four and a half hours after the order had been placed. There were obviously staffing issues but they were clearly accepting more orders than they could manage. There was no real apology or recompense offered. Great food but not worth the wait.
