Green chillis need to sort out their delivery staff because it is unfair to customers to be robbed like this. At 10:15 i rang them and said i had ordered the curry online and they asked for my name. Once i gave them the details they said yes it'll be 10 minutes. It honestly sounded like they never knew that had the order had been placed and were preparing it then. When it arrived it was very watery and warm not hot. The taste and quality wasn't anything like i expected and to wait 1 hour and 20 mintures for a curry is very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend and suggest their service massively improves.

I understand Saturday night is a very busy night for any popular take away but waiting over 1 and a half hours and counting is a bit ridiculous consisdering we was told 30 to 40 mins and when rang was told it's ready and on the kitchen side but just waiting for a driver which could be another 20 mins by this time it arives id imagine it will be cold. not happy with the lack of communication of the staff . shouldn't give out times or take orders of you can't stick to times and have enough staff .

I have been a customer of green Chillies for many years, but I have to say that tonight, like several other nights that I never wanted to complain about, the food quality was well below satisfactory, not to the usual standards of green Chillies, as if a mediocre cook was working there at times. All the food was bland and lukewarm and the chicken madras was 80% sauce with a few pieces of meat. Had to season all the food. Not happy tonight unfortunately, hope to have a better meal next time.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that delivery takes forever! Usually always more than the 1 hour stated, sometimes 1 hour and a half or more! When you call to chase it up the customer service is lacking, never an apology or gesture off your next bill to say sorry. Improve this for a full 5 stars!

Had a home delivery, after repeating my card details twice first time they hung up on me, but finally my meal came. Nice taste but disappointed in the temperature it was warmy cold and couldn’t enjoy it I did use to love having here but I won’t using them as often.

Just had our takeaway delivered 26/09/2020 at 19.10 we ordered at 17.10 I know there is a waiting time of up to 90 mins which I dont mind but the food arrived cold I re heated the curry and rice but the chips were too hard I must say I was very disappointed we usually have no complaints but the chips were inedible such a shame as once heated the curry was tasty hopefully next time we will be the first delivery drop off

Sorry but the meal tonight was not good. Onion bahjee were hard, dry and rubbery, naan bread was so tough I had to use a steak knife to cut it. Didn't bother to eat it. Mains were bland. Sorry but had better from here before. But sadly won't return. Was a treat for us but feel I have wasted £33.

Waited 2 hours, rang after an hour and a half to be told be 15 to 20 mins, half an hour later it arrived. The chicken pakora was soggy and the lamb was dry. No apology or refund offered. Very disappointing, will not be ordering from here again.
