With this Restaurant the curries are full of flavour and have little or no oil. The service is very good and prompt. I heartily recommend this Restruant.

I placed an order for a takeaway online, went to collect and was told because they were unexpectedly busy, the food would be delayed by 20-30 minutes, which was OK with me, I went back after 30 minutes to find that the food still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting for another 30 minutes for the food to be ready, please don't tell customers food is going to be ready in 20 minutes if it's going to take you an hour. On arriving home I got a call from Mother India to say that one of the dishes I had ordered was wrong and the Naan I had ordered was not in the bag. I'm very disappointed with the service to be made to wait an hour and then for the order to be wrong. The food as usual was very nice, apart from the piece of plastic that we found in the lamb jalfriezi that is Overall a very disappointing experience.

I had a take away from this restaurant last week , we had to wait nearly 30 mins after we had been there and the meat was not cooked properly. We all had upset tummy and were ill for 2 days.i don’t know how people are leaving 5 stars... After the experience we had, I will never recommend this restaurant. Very poor service...People out there, be careful....

The best Chicken Biriyani we have tasted

The food was ready to collect on time, at the right temperature and packed very well to preserve the heat. The order included Papadums and Raita. Both my family and I feel this is clearly the best Chicken Biriyani we have tasted in a long time. The chicken pieces on the bone were cooked to perfection and the masala blending with the basmati rice was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Chef Sebastian and Mother India Kitchen Restaurant to all.

It includes everyone around him. The people who take your order are just delightful thoughtful kind people. They want you to be happy. It means something. The whole experience of eating there means something and trust me I have spent a great deal of time in Indian restaurants and this means something. The Mother India achieves all this and much more. You don’t have to listen to me just try it for yourselves and you will see.
